New owners, Andy and Hazel Milne extend a warm welcome to locals and visitors this Hogmanay.
Come and join us at The Boat House as we see out 2009 and welcome in the New Year.

The Boat House will be open from 7.30pm serving soup and stovies and drinks till 2am. The atmosphere will be informal.
Instead of sit down meals hogmanay revellers can come and go as you please. You can ask for soup and stovies and drinks to take away or you can stay and listen to the live entertainment. It will be standing room only

The famous Fireball Festival starts at midnight with a Pipe Band leading a procession of around 40 Fireball Swingers. This is quite a spectacle.,
